Since 1997 Frontline volunteers have ministered to young adults.
In 2007, Frontline officially incorporated and became the only certified faith based treatment provider in Porter County. Since then we have built a collaboration of more than twenty-two churches making a powerful impact in our community and in the lives of many.

Our Mission of Hope
The Mission of Frontline Foundations, Inc. is to serve as a source of hope to young men and women suffering from alcohol and drug abuse while also providing an effective treatment and recovery support system.
Frontline is exclusively designed to meet the needs of an underserved population of young men and women ages 18 to 28.

Program Components
Approved and certified by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction, our agencys evidenced-based program includes:
- Clinical Substance Abuse Assessment & Evaluation
- Individual Treatment and Planning
- Peer-to-Peer Recovery, Relapse Prevention & Group Education
- Family Education and Counseling
- Provide Weekly Meals in a Group Setting
- Aftercare/Art Recovery
- Referral Services

The second most commonly cited reason for people not receiving substance abuse treatment is having no health coverage and not being able to afford the costs. Frontline serves all races and economic backgrounds regardless of their ability to pay for services.

Goals and Outcomes
- Serve a minimum of 90 young adults and their families annually.
- Achieve a lower relapse rate than the national average of 4060% for clients completing the program.
- Decrease additional drug related cases by a minimum of 35% for clients completing the program.
- Create a community network that enhances our clients ability to achieve gainful employment and education.
